More than likely the WC 63 can't get going fast enough to churn the oil....= )
Seriously, you're probably OK. The first symptoms are chattering from the Transfer Case, there won't be any damage at that point, just anoying and you'll have to drain it and do it all over, keep in mind that is a rare occurance.
The trans will be hard to shift and you'll start hearing an increase in noise, if you don't have any of those symptoms, you'll be fine.
