I was once told that if a bear is chasing you, run down hill as fast as you can. Then make a fast U Turn and run up hill. The bear will try the U Turn, spin out and he will continue to roll down the hill......Yeah Right !!! ha ha
And to make matters worse, it was a licensed guide that said it.
