Yes I have to have one every year and I get a Year Sticker for the trucks windsheild. This is for Comercial Trucks only and if they did it to regular vehicals a lot would be off the road! I did not have to get this done this year but it was easier to get it over with in case something was not right. Now next years will be a clean inspection since I have to give a copy to the USFS. They frown upon corrections needing done even if you do them and pass the second time. Mark H.
