I think that on the open market, a good Carryall drop/lift gate set will fetch more than a set of cargo doors.

That said, I'm not aware of any cargo doors that fit a Carryall as a "bolt in" option... you'd have to trim the bottom. But I'd do that rather than weld and cut a functional WWII drop/lift gate set.
