THere is a guy on the M-37 forum who is in Argentina who uses someone in Miami as a go-between, I think, for the parts he needs for his M-37.
Aside from that, he bought a spotlight from me, and I sent it to him through the mail at no markup over what it really cost. THere were no taxes, duty etc; the lady at the post office told me to mark the package "gift" on the outside. I do not like to do things "non-kosher", but she said that this would avoid all sorts of hassle.
