Here in SC an insurance company can sell a car with clean title if the damage is less than 75% of the book value of the vehicle. But State Farm has been selling almost all theirs with salvage title or 'parts only' for the last couple years. Farm Bureau sells a lot of heavy damaged cars with clear title.
