Bismarck is downstream from Williston on the Missouri. We may not be the coldest spot in the country, the the damn wind makes one think so!
Ten below and calm is tee shirt weather compared to ten above and blowing! Thirty below and blowing is not a good day to sit bare assed on the PW fender ;0)
