Here's a link for a good company to do business with if you are looking to buy a new bead blast cabinet or just looking for some info. Good quality product and excellent customer service.
If you are looking for used often you can get good results if you search Craigs List in your area or post a wanted add. It's free and a used Bead Blast Cabinet, Air Compressor, and related equipment can be had for significantly less than new.
Worst case, a sandblast pot/nozzle from Sears, a 2.5HP air compressor, a bag of sand, and a really big carboard box will do in a pinch for one time application.
