You can take a sharp pointed punch and make a couple of holes in them. Then take a couple of sheet metal screws and thread in the holes and use the screws as "pullers" to pry the seals out. It is a difficult task at best. I replaced mine when I had the transfer case on the shop floor. The seals came out in pieces. If they are not leaking too badly, you might want to wait till you have the transfer case out of the truck. Maybe someone else has a "trick" way of getting them out that is better.
