Cost for Adjusting Auto Trans Bands?

I think this may need to be done on my Transmission, bet it never has been done befor and at 121,000 miles it could not hurt. What does the Dealer charge to do this? I don't have the Inch Pound tools to do this and it seems it would be better to have it done by a person who does it for a living. Any thoughts? Mark H.
