So is it going to get a Diesel like the M715? Let me know if you aren't keeping the old T-214 motor... I've got a WC-51 that might use it.
The canvas top is fun on sunny days, but if you're going to be doing freeway speeds in the rain I suspect it will leak. I should have had it made about 2" larger all the way around.
The truck actually had key hole seat anchors in the original floor for turning the mid seat just as you say, so a radio operator could run a radio mounted on the side. I didn't ever get around to putting them back in, but I did give the hardware to the new owner, so hopefully they came with the truck.
I'll be following along here on the Forum, hope you get a chance to post lots of photos. I'm glad it's is in good hands.
