If either of you guy wants one of the stock pumps...I took mine out the day I bought the truck. If you have an 05 like mine...it's in the tank & the tank needs to come down to change them. If you have an 04...it's bolted to the fuel filter on the engine & the engine shakes it to pieces within about 50K. Often when it goes, shortly thereafter your injection pump will go because they don't like getting run dry or low pressure.
Save yourself a huge headach & buy a FASS fuel system.
Read up here if you have a new Cummins...money well spent & way better filtration of water & crap.
