That is quite a response. Tehy must have been tripping over each other. Hope the house was not dammaged too badly.
I had my mast go down once. Trees go down across the line every now and then. The wires are designed to pop loose at both ends to prevent damage. One time a tree leaned against the wire and went down very slowly. That time the wires did not pop loose as there was no impact. It simply pulled the mast over to a 90 degree angle. Pretty good for thick walled conduit. We had to refeed the wires as they were pulled out of the box which should not have happened. No water down in the box.
