I have to adjust it a little, so that when you do open it won't raise up to high and get blown off. I am limited to how much I can open the front window. This one also has a center support mounted to wind shield frame. I do have a problem seeing the stop lights when I am first in line. We are going to add a Traffic light veiwer to my dash board( a little prism that brings the lights into veiw).
I told a friend of mine I was looking for a visor to fit on the old girl and he mentioned he had one off his old 48 Chev 5 window pickup which he was not going to reinstall. He asked if it would fit and said if it did I could have it.
Whats cool about this particular visor is, it is not a more common Fulton series 700 or 900 sunvisor. Our visor is a Charles Peckett and Sons, Skysheild. These visors are stainless steel and were only manufactured 2 or 3 years for various makes and models of cars and trucks in the late 40's before disappearing from the market. We like it better than the Fultons because of it's unquieness.
Melissa and I are having too much fun with our truck, so we are adding different accessories too make her look a little different.
