Howdy Greg and Matt! Kanter Auto Parts had pretty much everything I've needed... so far. There's Egge's and Hemi Hot-heads also. They're all on-line, they all have catalogs they can mail you. I've even found some things on e-bay... but few and far between.

My original plan was to just disassemble it, stick in new bearings, rings and gaskets. But I took the heads in to have them checked... five bad exhaust valves. The crank had two, probably three journals that were scored pretty bad (two were definitely shot, the third was questionable, might have polished out) so I had to have that turned. Consequently, the bearings and stuff I'd ordered (got waaaay ahead of myself) was standard and had to be returned and replaced with the proper sized ones. This is were Kanter was great! They just said, "Sure! Send 'em back, we'll send you the oversized ones." No big deal for them and they were great on the phone.

BEWARE: some folks will try to sell you something (I've caught this on e-bay a few times) like a valve cover or something, but if it's off a DeSoto or Chrysler - odds are the part WON'T fit!! They'll tell you "Yeah, all the small hemi's used these!" In reality, the only thing I've read or found to interchange with the early ones, is the distributor. Sometimes even a DeSoto part won't fit a DeSoto block (High and low deck?!?). So beware... and Good luck with your project!!
