The p/w radiator is more than sufficient to cool the flathead engine.
However my thought's are it barely meets the needs of a larger re-power. And the plow will definitely "disrupt" air flow.
I always carry the plow as low as posible,and reduce road speed to help with this. You can try the larger pullies, and fan shroud,but I would imagine once the weather turns cold you won't have near the problem. My .02 worth. TGP
