Looks Like the belts are a little old. Might be time to replace them. I would keep the old ones. How many have the original seat belts from a PW.
My 51 ff PW had the original headlights. They worked. I did replace them with 6 volt halogen Hellas. I kept the old head lights. They have 1951 stamped on the back side. It has month day and year. Based on that and several other dates my truck was most likely built in late spring 1951 (May is my guess).
