I have seat/shoulder belts in all my trucks. I mounted a piece of 2.000" x .5000" steel stock in the rear door post, both sides. That and the door post function as the shoulder belt anchor. Belt anchors are thru the cab floor with reinforcements under the cab floor to keep them from pulling thru. I am sure it would not pass a DOT crash test, but the door post alone wont hold in a accident. These cabs were not built for occupant safety.
