Water salvage vehicles are sold all over the company by insurance companies at salvage sales like Copart and Sadisco. Only a dealer can buy. I'm not talking about Louisiana cars. A dealer can buy from these sales. I bid on 2 in Florida a couple weeks ago, one was a 2003 Dodge quad cab Cummins. You can look at http://www.sadiscosouth.net for their listings in the states they service. A local dealer or salvage yard could bid for you if he makes some money on the deal.
