if the tire is flat then you should call a truck service center & have a mobile truck & professional tire service person come & inspect /fix/inflate as required
if the wheel is mounted as a dual (in or out)
then the service person will have to remove
from rig to inspect
a service call might be the best investment
one can make
as I said before DIY does not apply to truck
tire/wheel service and as it is an OSHA (FED)
offense (for an employer) to have anyone service a wheel on which that person has not been specifically trained what does that tell you ???
