ERIC, I need help IDing a 318 V-8

Eric, I recieved a 318 V-8 today from a friend at work. The engine casting number is 228 4370. The heads have 2268341 9 on them. From what I've read over the years the shape of the heads match what the Poly block heads are like. From what I've given you, can help ID this engine?
