Looks like you are doing things backwards. The PS pump and water pump are together on Mopars. The alt turns on its own or with the AC compressor. Looks like to me your problem is actually on the Alternator side of things. If the ALT has a double pulley you might be able to run it off the front groove on the crank pulley.
Another thing is your aftermarket pulleys are probably designed for race applications and they either dont have a PS or ALT running.
