Compared to the top of frame, my fronts are even, rears about 1" low, so rears need longer rubbers. 1" clearance sounds like lots, might work good with modern rubber compounds. Are running board brackets on?Can you slide a running board in? But body/hood alignment would be the critical part. May need to shim up radiator support to keep things aligned.

I think taller bushings will prevent hood corners from rubbbing on the fenders- I think if your hood rubs, your bushings have sagged.
