It was going great till about four hours ago. I got my steel today and shifted the heavy stuff around to get the big plate on the bottom clear. I loaded the big channel steel beams on top of the big plate and proceeded to put it in the shop. I was using the loader forks with a ball on the end to move the trailer with. Every thing was going great till I started down the steep drive way. I tried to stop and the back tires were light and I could not stop it. I steered it around the bus to keep from hitting it. I had the hydraulics on the loader adjusted to real slow so I could not drop the bucket fast enought to stop. It jack knifed and went thru the fence and took out two sections of it. Off over the bank the trailer went, still hooked to the tractor. It hit a rock and that was the only thing that stoped it. The rear axle skiped over the rock and wedged it between them. I had to jack the hitch off the tractor, lift all the steel back off and start over. Hooked the hitch to the rear of the tractor and chained the tractor to the truck and between the two I was able to get the trailer off the rock and back up the bank. This time I did it right put the steel back on the trailer and backed it down into the shop. The fence was a mess and took a while to fix but lucky it was my birthday the wife cut me some slack. At least I can still start on the welding tomorrow and the fence is fixed befor the In-Laws come over Saturday. Mark
