Golly, I HATE Blasting a Truck

Its probably the worst job when rebuilding a Truck. Body/Windshield frame and Bed have been blasted with Fine Black Beauty. It took 11 bags, 7 hours for the cab and 5 hours blasting the bed. Pickle X-20 will now be applied to all steel. Then rusted areas cut out and new steel welded in place. I am planning on repairing the bed first and get it on the frame to free up some shop space.

My Plan is to have rust repairs done, which mainly is fab'ing new inner frear fender wells, epoxy primed and underside of bed shot with PPG Chassis Black and sitting on the frame within a week.
