Ok..

When I owned my 1941 1/2 ton WC-12, I had planned on
mounting a PTO winch onto the truck.

I sold the truck recently so this wont happen

I aquired all the parts to do this job, including the winch assembly, front frame horn extensions taken from a donor open cab 1/2 ton, the proper 1/2 ton PTO, a proper PTO ported transmission case, the hard to find cast cable guides and the always missing shifter fork and knob.

Now, I have all the above to make a non-winch model into a winch model, less the drive shaft (availbel from midwest mil or VPW for around 225)

all the rare and hard to find parts have been collected.

Do not know the condition of the winch as I havent actually seen it yet except for pictures.... its still en route to me!! But I can get it easy enough. from the pix it appears to be in good shape, with all the parts there...

I beleive it will need new mounting angles. thats it..lots of welds on them and bent a bit from the pix I have seen.

seals? who knows...probably.

In any case, I want to sell the complete setup..

Last setup from VPW went for like $1750 or so.

I paid 1000 dollars 8 years ago for the same setup from Bob Stalh..
His last setup went for 1200 bucks (years ago)

These setups are going for a high price, as they are getting more scarce..

All I want is what I got into it..

thats $1000 dollars. I want to sell it all, all peices together, not part out.

you pick up in Dallas, TX area.

thanks, Dave
