Mark,
Remove both Nuts as Ron, Said. Should pull off. However you may have to back the brake shoes off a little to clear the usual grove in the drum. Also if you have extreme oil/grease leakage due to a worn seal, thay can be a little harder to remove, due to the dried grease makes them stick. TGP
