Export W300 with WM300 axles?

here is a weird export ad, which shows a W300 chassis/cowl apparently with WM300 axles, see the 5 lug pattern and axle rating specs:

Perhaps this was a another way for Dodge to use up existing supplies of WM300 axles after US production ceased?
