I'm pretty sure that the permit process would take more years than I have left...unless the Costal Commission is all killed in the quake....= )
They recently ruled that homes near the beach constitute a visual blight for boaters, therefore no new permits will be issued for ocean front properties in undeveloped areas.
You can't make this stuff up! If not for the harm they cause, liberals would be pretty intertaining! ha!ha!
