Replacement Panels

Hello all. I just stripped a 1962 Dodge Power Wagon Town Panel at a local junkyard (it was on its way to be crushed!!) I have 4 front doors, 2 barn doors, 2 hoods and 4 fenders. All need some masssaging in one way or another. Does anyone know of a company/individual who sells rust repair panels? I doubt I'll find them for the fenders but the lower door skins seem like a pretty straight forward piece.....I could almost make it myself but I don't have a break. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
