potiential parts cross / questions?? knuckle rebuild

this website - cut and paste - lists the bearings and races for the m37 and pw front knuckles at what i believe to be good prices. they list them in a package that fits dana 60s axles. is that correct? what other parts from the dana 60 if any can be swapped to the dodge? has anyone attempted to fit or cross knuckles etc? i know someone at one point had a way to put pw / m37 hubs on a dana 60 axle. is that true? lots of questions. thanks, mannyc
