Deal has closed on the Tender it is now sold. I bought my new 4" Drafting Water Pump 475 GPM and a ton of Ball & Butterfly Valves today off EBay!! Still have one more 2" High Pressure Water Pump to buy for fire hose use. Got all my plans drawn up for the new tank along with the weight ballanced on the axles right. Will be working full steam now on it till the snow flys then it will be little things to do after that. I want it all painted by Early December so I have a good 2 months of work ahead of me to bang it out!! Building a 46,000 lb Truck & Water Tank set up is a fun project to do and looking forward to it. I might farm out the shell of the 2,500 gallon tank and then finish it with all the plumbing, 6" dump valves, tank tie downs and accesories plus paint. For a little extra cost I can get it formed out of one sheet of steel except the bulk head ends and baffles. I am not set up to handle a 3500 lb peice of 3/16" flexing steel with no jigs to hold it together. Once that is welded together I can do the rest. I will pay the extra $1,000.00 for that welding to be done! I will still have a ton of work to get done in 2 months, can't let it go like restoring a PW and taking years to finish. Not saying you are in that statement! The M37 is looking good so far can't wait to see it done!!! I know it will be as nice as your last project! Mark H.
