Fraudulent cashiers check. The surprising thing is that your bank will accept it but there will be several days delay before it actually clears (which it won't of course).
This delay is what the scam artists rely on.
I would bet that the cashiers check arrives in an amount significantly more than the purchase price and that the "buyer" will ask you to wire or eft the balance.
