a Daimler Chrysler service department can
and will also run an DC Evip report on your
vehicle before doing any work
this report can list all the options that the
vehicle was sold with (some of the options will determine if Sync lubes are required)
and will list all the warranty repairs that have ever been done on the vehicle along with any open campaigns/recalls
