Sounds like some great work! How hard was it to change the transfercase seals (other than the roller incident)?

As for the booster, will it hold a vacuum? I'd check that first, then if it does, the check pedal pressure with and with out the vacuum connected. Just my 2 cents worth, for what ever it's really worth.
