my carb on my wm300 has a govenor on the bottom, no linkages or anything. Why is this there (it is very rough shape and would like to elimate it and just shorten the throtle linkage) is this okay.

question 2 on a full flow oil filter which hole in the block is the out (I mark it but during machining etc it is not there)

should be ready to fire tomorow
