Fatigue is a factor of springs?

My guess is that having 9,000# springs makes the rear suspension not 'work', leading to fatigue from it's rigidity- suspension more rigid than the frame?

My truck had boom mounts on front and heavy brackets on back for the cable supports, definitly heavy use. Suspension in good shape though.
