I had a Getrag go out on my 91. I found a reman for 1600. I still went with nv4500. Hind site I would have got the Getrag and added an exta quart of oil to it. I got the nv 4500 from advance adapters. They sent out the first one and it was supposed to be a heavy duty and wasn’t, last about 3000 miles, sent it back and they upgraded it to a HD version. Had to talk to several different people to get them to admit it. The first guy I dealt with was trying to tell me there was nothing wrong with it, then he went on vacation and next guy I talked to ran down the list of parts and upgrades and it was a lot.

I would have no problem getting another Dodge with a Getrag and just add the extra oil.

A question how many miles are on the truck?
