1979 w-150 front end conversion

I have a 1979 w-150 with a dana 44 front axle with a 5 bolt pattern with the weak front spindles, and no hubs. I want to convert it to a 8 bolt pattern with locking hubs. Can I do this by buying the hubs, rotors, outer axle stubs,and bearings for a 1980 dodge 3/4 ton? It has a dana 44 with a 8 lug pattern.
