ethenal is better then urinating in your gastank after filling up but not much.I put a fuel filter before the fuelpump then another in the stock location. If your carb is a holley it might have that sinstered bronze filter in the carb and it may also be crudded up.My 440 powered 68 charger had vaporlock on hot days sometimes without ethenal anyway.
