That's almost certainly not his name. They steal someone's name and email address, or ebay account, then they pose as this person doing business with you. They also have someone else go and pick up the cash, usually through Western Union, so it can't be traced to them. Contact the office of your state's attorney general. Also, someone needs to alert this guy that his identity has been stolen!
