the looting and shootings have been going on for a long time, it was just contained to the housing projects and the surrounding areas. I,ve lived on the outskirts of New Orleans all of my life, and i've watched it get worse and worse. I've already started looking for work in Texas. When I go home, it'll be just to get the rest of my belongings.
