Doubt it. The rest of the world always views us as not needing assistance, or they just don't care. I think about the only country who "may" give us aid will be Kuwait. I know they sent money one time when we had another hurricane or some such disaster but don't remember which. Other than maybe Kuwait, I doubt we'll see anyone else step up to the plate.
