No, he is trying to over ride the feature that prevents using the lockers in high range, it has nothing to do with the transmission. The computer will not allow locker operation in high range becuase of the possibility of engageing the lockers at 90 mph...which is a common problem with early model POWER WAGONS...ha!ha! (see my response below in his original quiry)
