Boy I would use a die cutter to grind a slot into the hub to get it off. You can mess up the shaft and still have a bad wheel on it PLUS a messed up shaft. Ruined a lot of tractor steering shafts tring to get the wheel off. Now I just grind a slot and pop them off. If the wheel is in bad shape bust the plastic off to get to the steel hub. Mark H.
