Your Rubicon has low psi, air actuated lockers, the POWER WAGON has electric lockers, in order to keep from blowing them out, the system is prevented from engaging them at speeds above a pre-determined limit, therefore they are limited to low range. Even if you can figure a way to jury rig the wiring to fool the computer, you risk harming the system and voiding the warantee.
These are not racer lockers, what use do you envision that requires high speed lockers, mud? If you are moving at speed you certainly do not need a system designed for low speed traction, you'll probably burn out the diff pack, they are not similar to the Rubicon system. You'd need something like the Grand Cherokee ESP traction control, not lockers.
