318 = 318ci
3 = March
2 = 2nd
So you have a Poly 318 that was built on March 2nd 1965.
I doubt it is a -3 motor as the parts books claim the 318 premium number would look like this:
A-318-3-2S
Of course the books have been wrong before, but I have never seen a W100 with a factory premium motor.
