It is what they call a dual mass flywheel. I replaced one with a Luk regular flywheel kit that they sell. Since then the truck goes through ujoints faster and is louder than with the dual mass flywheel. It is my understanding the truck puts a lot more stress on the drivetrain without the shock absorption of the dual mass thing. Kind of retarded but works ok I guess. I will get OEM next time.
