Just telling it as it is. Is that slander? As a dissatisfied customer, if I can save one of my fellow Dodgers some unnecessary grief and expense, I will do so.
The product, as shipped to me, is garbage. It has a wacky design. It is shoddy, made of fragile material, and is unserviceable as delivered. It requires major modification even to perform minimally. These are indisputable facts.
Want me to send you the parts, and you be the judge? If you want to buy one, two, or a dozen, on my credit card, please let me know, and I'll arrange it. I'll listen to your impartial evaluation.
I spent two hours farting around with a $30 part that should have been a quick and easy replacement. A product advertised to accommodate a two-filament lamp that accommodates only a single-filament one is false advertising, and a poor business choice.
On the other hand, my products cost thousands of dollars, are mil-spec, carry an NSN, and are 100% guaranteed to be as advertised, serviceable, and reliable. These products, and my company, have an impeccable reputation in the military and civilian arenas. They were slandered by a person of limited intelligence and ethical values, who NEVER even bought one. Why he even referrred to them on this forum is beyond me, as they have nothing to do with Dodge trucks. But he did, repeatedly, with rancor and vitriol. It takes more than slander on this forum to harm me, but it does get to me to be falsley accused.
Oh, by the way, just like you, he didn't sign HIS name, either.
