Vintage Air in San Antonio has been building
a/c systems for the hot-rod crowd for many years now. I am sure that they can build what you need.
The owner Jack Chisehall ran his Studebaker at Bonneville at 240 mph, with the air blowing.
My bro-in-law is an engineer there.
